Moontel is a technology project and company in formation. The website presents the Moontel concept, links to the Moontel web app and may send product updates by email to people who have asked to receive them.
The public website itself does not sell mobile plans, process user payments, or directly issue eSIMs. Product access is handled through the Moontel web app and may be subject to additional terms.
These Terms do not themselves govern the Moontel web app account, survey, reward, eSIM provisioning or paid product features unless a product-specific surface expressly incorporates them.

The public website is an informational site for Moontel.

Submitting a signup or contact form does not create any right to access a Moontel product, service, app, reward, mobile data plan or eSIM.

No user is guaranteed to be selected for a review or product feedback programme.
7. eSIM and mobile data references

8. Survey, action and reward references
Website references to surveys or approved digital actions describe product flows that may unlock mobile data or other rewards only after eligible completion and validation.

No reward, mobile data amount or benefit is guaranteed by submitting a form or using the website.

The website, the Moontel name, brand, logos, text, graphics, design, software, product concepts, interface elements, documentation and other content made available by Moontel are owned by Moontel or its licensors.
